Your child’s behavior
is not the problem.
It is information.

I help parents understand what is happening beneath tantrums, resistance and emotional overwhelm — so they can respond with clarity instead of guessing.

Parenting is an inner shift that changes generations.
Three things that shape everything I teach
What I believe about children, before any method or script enters the room.
01
Connection before correction
Rules only land once a child feels safe with you. The relationship is the channel through which everything else travels.
02
Development, not defiance
A child’s nervous system is still being built. What looks like stubbornness is often a skill they have not grown yet.
03
Temperament is the map
Every child is wired differently. The method that works is the one that fits the child, not the one that sounds best in a book.
What a mother actually gets from this work
Not a calmer child by Friday. Something slower and more permanent.
01
You stop reacting on autopilot
You start catching the moment before the old response fires — the raised voice, the threat, the shutdown you swore you would never repeat.
02
You understand what you are looking at
The tantrum stops being random. You can see what your child is trying to do and what they cannot do yet, and respond to that instead of the noise.
03
You stop carrying the guilt
Most parents are not failing. They are using what they were given. Once you see that clearly, the shame loosens and you can actually change something.
04
Your child learns to steady themselves
Not because you taught them a skill, but because they spent years next to someone who could do it.
A child’s behaviour is a report on the system they live in
This is the level most advice never reaches, and the only one where things actually change.
No child develops a problem on their own. They grow inside a family — its rules, its silences, its tolerance for feeling — and their behaviour is the most honest account of what that system can and cannot hold.
01
The parent’s view decides what the behaviour means
Read as manipulation, it gets punished. Read as a limit the child has hit, it gets help. Nothing about the child changed — the meaning did, and that is what determines the response.
02
Families carry patterns older than the child
How anger was handled in your family, what was never named, who was allowed to need something. Children inherit these arrangements before they can describe them, and then act them out.
03
A child adapts to what the family needs
One becomes the difficult one, another the easy one, a third the one who keeps everybody calm. These are not personalities. They are roles a system handed out, and roles can be given back.
04
Change the system’s response and the behaviour follows
This is why work with parents outperforms work on children. Shift what happens around a child and their behaviour has somewhere else to go.

About me
I teach parenting as self-knowledge, not performance.
Hi, I’m Samanta — a Parenting Psychology Mentor, psychology graduate, and mom of two boys.
My journey into parenting began with attachment, gentle and conscious parenting. But when autism became part of our family story with my second son, everything I thought I knew had to go deeper. I found myself exploring the nervous system, sensory processing, neurodiversity, and the biology behind behavior — and seeing just how interconnected it all is.
I’ve also always been drawn to spirituality and the less measurable sides of being human. Today, my work lives somewhere between these worlds — grounded in psychology and science, but open to deeper questions, while keeping the two clearly distinct.
I don’t just want to know what a child is doing. I want to understand what’s underneath it — and help parents see it too.
